Abhishek Gupta

Abhishek Gupta is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk consulting, analytics, and financial management. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Risk Consulting for the GCC and NALP regions at Visa, Abhishek previously held leadership roles at Risk Dynamics, a McKinsey company, where responsibilities included advising financial institutions on risk management. Prior positions include Assistant Vice President at Encore Capital Group, where Abhishek led a team focused on optimizing efficiency in collections, and various roles at McKinsey & Company, where strategic advisory work included model development and capital assessments for major banks. Earlier career experiences include positions at Nomura and Lehman, specializing in equity derivatives and pricing complex products. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
