Javier Garcia

Javier Garcia brings extensive leadership experience in technology management and operational excellence, currently serving as Vice President of Technology Management and M&A at Visa since June 2020. In this role, Javier manages the operational rhythm of the Ops and Infrastructure organization, focusing on program management, infrastructure capacity, and technology governance. Prior to Visa, Javier held various leadership positions at Electronic Arts, including Vice President of 3rd Party Tech Management, and served as Director of Operations at Gila Corporation. Javier's career also includes significant roles at Texas Mutual Insurance Company, contributing as a Senior Analyst and Business Analyst. Javier holds an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from the University of the Incarnate Word and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
