Meghana Rao

Meghana Rao is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President Global Head of Talent Partners at Visa since January 2022, Meghana leads a global team focused on enhancing performance and growth. Previous roles include Senior Director and Talent Partner for Tech, Product, & Strategy at Stripe, and People Partner at Google, where Meghana supported multiple business units. Earlier career highlights include significant positions at TIAA and The Hartford, where Meghana drove strategic talent initiatives, diversity and inclusion strategies, and early career development programs. Meghana holds an MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BA in Political Science from Truman State University.
