Neil Tailby

Neil Tailby is a highly motivated senior leader with over 20 years of experience in procurement and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Technology Procurement at Visa, they are a member of the PLT. Previously, Neil held impactful roles at companies such as Openreach, where they transformed the Fibre to the Home product, and BT, leading significant cost recovery programs. Neil has also served as Procurement Director at Capita, enhancing procurement practices across technology categories, and holds an Engineer’s Degree from the University of Nottingham.
