Luis Soares

Luis Soares has a diverse work experience in the fields of information technology and education. Luis started their career with Visabeira Global SGPS, SA in 2007, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager, Team Leader, and Senior Developer. In 2013, they were promoted to International Telecommunications Backoffice Team Leader and continued in this role until November 2018. In November 2018, Luis Soares was appointed as the Director of Information Technology for Visabeira Global. In addition to their corporate experience, they also served as an Assistant Professor at Instituto Politécnico de Viseu starting from September 2014.

Luis Soares has a Master's Degree in Systems and Information Technologies for Organizations from Instituto Politécnico de Viseu, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to their Master's Degree, they also earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their degrees, Luis Soares has obtained a certification in Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Configuration from Microsoft in October 2009.
