Nebojsa Jovanovic

Nebojsa Jovanovic is an experienced professional with expertise in business applications and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Applications at Visable since August 2021, Nebojsa is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of applications for Marketing, Sales, and Finance departments. Prior to this role, Nebojsa worked at ADP from July 2013 to August 2021, focusing on optimizing CRM and implementing business process improvements, as well as leading a multidisciplinary account management team. Earlier experiences include serving as an HR Executive Consultant at Hanseatisches Personalkontor GmbH and various leadership positions in the Bundeswehr, where Nebojsa managed projects related to C4I systems and military training. Nebojsa holds an MBA in Performance Management from Leuphana Professional School and a Diplom in Human Resources Development from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität.
