Tai Gonzalez Varela

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. I'm currently living in Buenos Aires, Argentina with my husband and my cat. Right now I'm working remotely at Visage, a startup that combines human and artificial intelligence to support the most complex searches in any company.

I graduated in Psychology from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2017 and then I completed a major in Clinical Neuropsychology, also in my Alma Mater.

My working experience as a Human Resources Generalist goes from managing employee benefits & compliance, employee hiring (full-cycle recruiting - using LinkedIn Recruiter, Keyword Search, Boolean Search, and specialized social media channels) & onboarding, performance management processes, to licensure tracking, and HR records.

Reliable and organized team player with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, a self-motivated and energetic person who thrives under pressure, and with experience in team management up to 6 members. Skilled at building relationships with employees across all levels of an organization.
