Dheerendra R. has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and business development field. Dheerendra currently serves as Vice President at Visaka Industries Limited since 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Section Head (Melange & Dyed Yarn Marketing) at TridentGroup India from 2012 to 2013. Dheerendra also worked as Marketing Incharge (Export & Domestic) at Indorama Shebin Textiles Co.S.A.E from 2007 to 2011 and as Manager (Marketing & Business Development) at Winsome Group from 2004 to 2007. Dheerendra'scareer began at RSWM Limited where they served as Dy. Manager (Marketing & Product Development) from 2001 to 2004.

Dheerendra R. pursued their education in the field of Textile Technology. Dheerendra commenced their academic journey in 1993 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their High School education. Following this, they enrolled in Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology in 1995 and graduated in 1999, earning their Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology (B.E). Subsequently, they joined The Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their Master's degree (M.Tech) in Textile Technology.
