Viktoriia Mykhailenko

Viktoriia Mykhailenko has work experience in various roles, with their most recent position being a Talent Engagement Specialist at VISARTECH starting in May 2022. In this role, they are responsible for tasks such as job posting, candidate screening and selection, conducting interviews, and supporting the candidate database. Viktoriia also actively contributes to employer branding activities and participates in the HR team community. Prior to this, they worked as an English Language Teacher at Skyeng from May 2019 to February 2023. Additionally, they have volunteered at ENGin, a global nonprofit organization focused on improving English language skills for young Ukrainians.

Viktoriia Mykhailenko completed their Master's degree in Spanish, English language and literature (Translation) at Kherson State University from 2013 to 2018. Viktoriia has obtained several additional certifications, including "Business English: Networking" from the University of Washington in March 2023, "Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees" from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in October 2022, "EF Standard English Test" from EF Education First in May 2022, and "UI/UX design" from Shendrikov.com in November 2020.
