Cinthia Segovia-Sosa

Cinthia Segovia-Sosa is the People Partner at Visby Medical. Cinthia is responsible for the strategy and execution of recruiting 120 quality candidates in a short period of 1-2 months (twice in 2020). Cinthia also developed an Onboarding program to support upwards of 30-40 hires per onboarding group. Additionally, they introduced people metrics and implemented new systems to support communication across functional teams. Cinthia is also the company advisor for employment sponsored visas at Visby. Prior to their current role, they were the HR Operations Coordinator at Allscripts from November 2017 to September 2019. Cinthia was also a Review and Translation Program Intern at Kiva.org from January 2017 to July 2017. Cinthia participated in Salesforce from January 2016 to January 2016.

Cinthia Segovia-Sosa has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and International Business from the University of San Francisco.
