Rachel Parfitt

Rachel Parfitt, Associate CIPD, serves as the Head of HR and PA at Viscose Closures Ltd since April 2018, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of HR, handling disciplinary and grievance matters, overseeing recruitment and employee wellbeing, and providing HR advisory support to the management team. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Operations and Executive Assistant to the CEO at About the Funeral, and Senior Executive Assistant at TES Aviation Group, where Rachel managed complex scheduling and international travel for executives. Education includes a PGDIP-PT in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and a BSc in International Business and German from Aston University.
