Divya Khetal is a skilled Research and Development Chemist at Visen Industries Ltd., where responsibilities include setting up the Paint Application Lab and providing technical support and customer services within the Decorative Paints division since August 2022. Prior experience includes an internship at Resil Chemicals that focused on the development of antimicrobial additives for paint and coatings utilizing Silver Ion Technology, as well as scholarly work at the Institute of Chemical Technology on microencapsulation for thermal management coatings. Divya also gained practical experience through an internship at Shalimar Paints, where paint formulation development and testing were key tasks. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Surface Coating Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Oil and Paint from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University.
