Roger Yuen

Roger Yuen has an extensive work experience in various industries and roles. In 2010, they founded and became the CEO of Clozette, a company that specializes in storytelling and enables brands to engage with consumers. Roger later co-founded ViSenze in 2012, a visual commerce platform that provides image recognition solutions for retailers. In 2014, they co-founded 6Estates, an AI-driven intelligence company focused on solving real-world challenges with AI technology. In 2017, they co-founded HeForRoger Singapore, an organization aiming to address bias in the workplace. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Technical Advisor for the Central Gap Fund at the National Research Foundation in Singapore. Roger also served as a Councilor and Co-Chairman of 123Jumpstart at the Singapore infocomm Technology Federation from 2011 to 2017. Yuen held leadership positions at Acer and NEC Computers International in the past, where they oversaw business operations in the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Asia Pacific and Managing Director for SB Holdings (SOFTBANK), Ziff-Davis, ZDNet, and CNET Networks. Yuen currently serves as a Council Member and Honorary Treasurer at TaFF, an association for the textile and fashion industry in Singapore.

Roger Yuen attended Singapore Polytechnic from 1975 to 1978, where they pursued a degree in an unspecified field of study. Subsequently, from 1984 to 1986, they attended Singapore Institute of Management to focus on Management Studies. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree in this discipline.
