Rashika Gunalan

Rashika Gunalan currently serves as the Global HR Academy Coordinator at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Rashika held the position of Working Student in the Group Data Community at Allianz from June 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included organizing the Global Data Hackathon and managing communications for group activities. Rashika's earlier experience includes an internship in HR Global Learning and Development at Henkel in 2021 and a Senior Technical Recruiter role at Revature India from July 2017 to March 2020, which involved interviewing candidates, evaluating skills, training new analysts, and contributing to in-house projects. Rashika also has a background as a Technical Recruiter/Analyst at Revature India and has completed an internship focused on Android Development in late 2016. Rashika holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Jeppiaar Engineering College, completed in 2017.
