Hanna Svensson has been working in the customer service industry since 2007. Hanna began their career at Ecu Line as a Forwarder Sea Import. In 2008, they moved to DB Schenker as a Forwarder Sea Import, where they handled administration, customer service, customs handling, invoicing, price inquires, and problem solving. In 2011, they joined Allergan as a Customer Service Agent - Nordics, where they were responsible for customer service, order management, delivery processing, and assisting the accounts receivable department with translations of documents and invoicing (using SAP). Hanna also set up new accounts and changed existing accounts, and interacted with the warehouse internationally to ensure timely deliveries. In 2013, they joined IBM as a Business Operations Specialist. Two years later, in 2015, they joined Airbnb as a Customer Experience Specialist. Finally, in 2018, they joined Visiba Care Sverige as Head of Customer Care, then later as Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support Specialist.

Hanna Svensson attended Alegymnasium from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Social Science and IT-economics.
