Zach Jones

Zach Jones has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Zach currently holds the position of Head of Care Reporting and Analytics at Visible, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Verizon for several years in various managerial roles. From December 2017 to January 2020, they served as a Senior Manager, and from January 2020 onwards, they became a Manager. Zach also held the position of Operations Consultant from 2014 to 2017, where they were responsible for financial reporting, project management, financial analysis, statistical analysis, staffing, leadership development, management, cultural enhancement, facilities maintenance, change management, and customer service operations. Additionally, Zach Jones worked as a Sr. Trainer from 2008 to 2014, responsible for developing and delivering training on an area level to multiple call centers.

Zach Jones pursued higher education starting in 2001 when they attended Peru State College for five years. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a specialization in Biology, General. Following their undergraduate studies, Zach Jones continued their academic journey by enrolling at Strayer University from 2012 to 2014. Zach successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management.
