Conor McGrath

Conor McGrath began their work experience in 2010 as a Bar Assistant at Lydon House Catering and worked there until 2012. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Dunnes Stores. In 2012, they also started working at Galway Constituencies as a Poll Clerk and later became a Presiding Officer, a role they held until 2018. In 2018, Conor worked as a Software Development Intern at Valeo. Conor then joined Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in 2015 as a Student and remained there until 2019. Starting in 2019, Conor began working at Trane Technologies as a Software Engineer, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at VisibleThread since 2022.

Conor McGrath pursued their education starting in 2014 at Galway Technical Institute, where they obtained a Diploma Level 5 in Multimedia Production and Games Design. Following this, they enrolled at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in 2015 and completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Development in 2019. In August 2020, Conor obtained the certification of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
