Carla Williams

Carla Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR services and customer success. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Customer Success and Advisory Services at Visier Inc. since November 2018, Carla has previously held multiple leadership roles, including Director of People Analytics Consulting and Senior Client Success Executive for major accounts. Alongside this, Carla owns and operates LACR Communications Inc., dba South Street Creamery & Cafe. From January 2003 to April 2016, Carla worked at Chubb Insurance, achieving significant advancements as VP - Global Head of HR Services and Transformation, where notable contributions included the in-sourcing of HR functions and the rationalization of HR technology across a global enterprise. Additional roles at Chubb included AVP - HR Service Delivery, Director of Executive Education, and HR Business Solutions Manager. Carla holds a degree in Economics, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics from George Mason University.
