Alexander Yip

Alexander Yip is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT operations and support. Since July 2004, Alexander has worked at Imperial College London's ICT Department, where roles include Senior TechOps/DevOps Technology Analyst and OS Platform Specialist, overseeing the maintenance of the institution's IT infrastructure across various operating systems. Additionally, responsibilities as an IT Support Specialist involved developing a data mining system and providing consultancy to users. As a Research Assistant, Alexander contributed to EU framework 6 research projects focused on software agents, with a specialization in system security and communication systems. Since January 2012, Alexander has also served as a Platform Security Specialist at Dream It Get IT Ltd. Alexander holds an MEng degree in Software Engineering from Imperial College London.
