Jane Bradley

Jane Bradley has extensive experience in the field of customer service and guide dog management, currently serving as Customer Service Manager and previously as Puppy Development Manager at Vision Australia since September 2018. Prior roles include Guide Dog Services Manager and Dog Training & Puppy Development Team Leader at Guide Dogs Victoria from April 2016 to September 2018 and November 2011 to 2016, respectively. Earlier in Jane's career, experience includes serving as GDMI at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association from 1997 to 2009. Academically, Jane holds a Diploma of Management from RMIT University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Behaviour-based Psychology from Inspiritive Training, a BSc in Conservation and Land Management from the University of Leeds / Bradford, a Higher Diploma in Guide Dog / O&M Instruction from Guide Dogs UK, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons.) in English and Philosophy from Bangor University.
