Arfan Agung Gumelar

Arfan Agung Gumelar has a diverse range of work experience. Arfan began working at Litbang Kompas Gramedia in 2016 as a Surveyor. In 2018, they joined Cipta Nindita Nusapala as a Human Resource Generalist Area Jawa Barat for a brief period. Concurrently, they also worked at Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba) as a Tester & Scorer Psikotes Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru from 2018 to 2019. Arfan then worked at Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Bandung as an Asisten Laboratorium and Asisten Penelitian from 2017 to 2019. Since 2018, they have been associated with VISION EASE, where they started as a Recruitment & Training Staff, later promoted to Organizational & People Development Senior Staff, and currently holds the position of Organizational & People Development Section Head.

Arfan Agung Gumelar completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bandung Islamic University from 2013 to 2018. In September 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Human Resources Supervisor from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi.
