David Rowe

David Rowe is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial management and leadership. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Vision Express since October 2021, David leads a team of 45 across various financial functions and has been instrumental as the finance project lead on ERP implementation with EssilorLuxottica. Prior to this role, David spent over 16 years at Capital One in multiple positions, including International Financial Controller, where oversight was provided for UK and Canadian card businesses, and Head of UK Accounting and Treasury, managing a £200M liquidity portfolio and spearheading significant financial projects. David's early career included roles at Deloitte as an Audit Manager, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from The University of Sheffield, along with ICAEW qualification.
