Bandhav Fadia is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Concord Compounding Limited since October 2022, focusing on driving a culture of continuous improvement by standardizing processes and implementing LEAN manufacturing tools. Previously, Bandhav served as a Business Operations Manager at Ace Group, managing inventory and supplier relations while ensuring compliance and analyzing business strategies. Bandhav's experience includes roles as a Night Shift Supervisor at New Ace Convenience and a Peer Support Leader at the University of Windsor, enhancing management and mentorship skills. A Master of Engineering graduate in Automotive Engineering Technology from the University of Windsor, Bandhav also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Automobile Engineering. Experience with Tata Motors involved value engineering and cost reduction initiatives during a project trainee role, adding to a solid foundation in engineering principles and team leadership.
