Lisa Hargiss

Lisa Hargiss has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software and technology industry. Lisa is currently the Director of Product Strategy at Vision Government Solutions, Inc. In this role, Lisa provides strategic direction for the product portfolio and drives cross-group alignment for portfolio priorities. Lisa also communicates customer-centric insights, competitive landscape, research, and product insight to the Product Management team.

Before joining Vision Government Solutions, Lisa worked at Thomson Reuters, Tax & Accounting, Government for ten years. Lisa held the position of Senior Director, Product Marketing and played a key role in marketing the company's products to the market.

Prior to Thomson Reuters, Lisa worked at Manatron, Inc. as the Vice President of Product Management. Lisa was responsible for managing the Property Tax product line, which involved identifying new markets, designing product features, creating sales messaging, and providing pre-sales support.

Lisa's earlier experience includes working at CPS Systems, Inc. as a Vice President, where they oversaw the Florida region and was responsible for serving the property tax market.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in product strategy, marketing, and management, particularly in the government and property tax sectors.

Lisa Hargiss completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1983 to 1985. Prior to that, they attended Southwestern University from 1981 to 1982 and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Education & Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Lisa Hargiss has also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2021.
