Michelle Charbonneau has over 16 years of experience in the ophthalmic field, currently serving as a Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist at LASIK MD since April 2007 and as an EMR Integration Training Specialist at Vision Group since September 2012. Michelle's educational background includes a degree in Opticianry from Georgian College (2004-2006) and studies in Event Management and Travel and Tourism from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology (2000-2003). This diverse experience and training highlight a strong foundation in both technical and customer-focused roles within the healthcare industry.
