Chris Maples Ms

Chris Maples, MS, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2014, Chris served as a Student Ambassador at Appalachian State University, giving campus tours and participating in panel discussions. From 2015 to 2017, Chris worked as a Research Associate for the HR & Analytics Research Team, focusing on social media's use in the hiring process. In 2016, Chris worked as a Customer Service Representative at Appalachian State University, advising prospective students on admissions. In 2017, Chris completed a Master's Degree in I-O Psychology at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, with a focus on recruitment, succession planning, and work-life balance in hospitality and sales industries. In 2018, Chris interned as a Training and Development Intern at Shaw Industries. From 2019 to 2020, Chris held multiple roles at Vision Hospitality Group Inc., including Manager in Training and Operations Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Chattanooga, where Chris demonstrated strong customer focus in corporate and leisure travel accommodations.

Chris Maples, MS, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2017, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Appalachian State University. Additionally, Chris Maples has obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2022.
