Kanwar Kasana

Kanwar Kasana has extensive work experience, starting in 2011 as a Project Head at Vision IAS. From 2011 to 2013, they worked on a project involving coordination, business expansion, market research, advertising, and events & promotions.

In 2015, Kasana joined Vision IAS again as the Chief Administrative Officer and Head of HR. Their responsibilities included recruiting experts and faculty from various disciplines, as well as coordinating and expanding the company's business on a national scale.

In the same year, Kasana also worked as a Project Head at Global Village Foundation. They focused on providing quality education to underprivileged children in rural areas through various initiatives such as hiring qualified teachers, conducting surveys to understand parental attitudes towards education, and implementing digital infrastructure in schools.

Kanwar Kasana obtained their Executive MBA degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University between 2007 and 2011. Kanwar began their education at Sainik School Nagrota, where they completed their Intermediate degree in PCM from 1999 to 2006.
