Prior to this role, Nicola held the position of Retail Operations Executive at Uniphar Supply Chain & Retail and was the Talent & Operations Manager at Victoria’s Secret from September 2017 to April 2020. Nicola's extensive experience in the retail sector includes a significant tenure at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, starting in October 2009, where dual brand expertise was developed across various functions in both the UK and Ireland. Nicola holds a BA (Hons) in HRM Strategy and Practice from the National College of Ireland.
