Jennifer Urosevic

President And CEO at Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada

Jennifer Urosevic has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in organizations focused on vision loss rehabilitation. Jennifer is currently serving as the President and CEO of Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada since December 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President, Healthcare Operations from June 2019 to December 2021, and Executive Director, Vision Loss Rehabilitation Ontario from March 2018 to June 2019, both within the same organization.

Before joining Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada, Jennifer worked at CNIB for over two decades. Jennifer'sroles at CNIB included Senior Director, Program Development and Evaluation from March 2016 to February 2018, Director, Rehabilitation Delivery & Service Quality from September 2015 to March 2016, Manager, Special Projects from May 2014 to August 2015, and Regional Manager from July 1998 to May 2014.

Jennifer also has early work experience at Dutch Boy Grocery Store, where they worked as a Night Time Supervisor and Cashier from 1990 to 2000. Jennifer also worked at the City of Kitchener as a Coordinator from 1992 to 1998.

Jennifer Urosevic earned a Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Waterloo from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Instructor for the Blind: Orientation & Mobility degree from Mohawk College from 1997 to 1998. In 1996, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Physical Education from Brock University. And before that, from 1992 to 1994, they studied Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Lambton College.
