Lisa Tyrrell

Lisa Tyrrell has extensive work experience in the healthcare and rehabilitation field. Lisa worked at Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada from 2019 to the present, first as the Director of Healthcare Integration & Operations and then as the Executive Director of Healthcare Operations Ontario. Prior to that, they worked at CNIB/Vision Loss Rehabilitation Ontario from 2004 to 2020 as a Low Vision Specialist and Early Intervention Specialist. Lisa also held the role of Regional Manager of Services & Operations - Central West at Vision Loss Rehabilitation Ontario from 2018 to 2019. Lisa also has experience working at HWDSB as a special education advisory committee member from 2011 to 2013. Lisa started their career at McMaster University in 1996 and worked there until 2004. Lisa also had previous experience at ECISS from 1992 to 1996.

Lisa Tyrrell has a degree in Child & Family Studies from Mt.Saint Vincent University and a Bachelor of Professional Arts degree in Human Services from Athabasca University.
