Bernhard Hofer

Bernhard Hofer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment and Strategy Consultant at Vision Markets since February 2020, Hofer has been self-employed as a Management Consultant & Coach since January 2009, specializing in recruitment consulting for sales, engineering, and marketing positions, as well as individual career consulting and coaching. Prior to these roles, Hofer was a Senior Manager at Altran (Askon Consulting Group) from June 2002 to December 2008, where responsibilities included the establishment and leadership of a Business Unit focused on high-tech consulting in sectors such as automotive and aerospace. Hofer's earlier career includes positions as Technical Marketing Manager at CADWalk and Process Engineer at UMS GmbH. Hofer holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (Dipl. Ing.) from Ulm University.
