Marta Pasieczna

Marta Pasieczna is an experienced Agile Coach currently supporting Research & Development at Vision RT Ltd since August 2021, focusing on enhancing effectiveness and fostering an agile culture within a regulated environment. Previously, Marta worked at T-Mobile Polska as an Agile Coach, facilitating the transition from waterfall to agile methodologies across significant IT domains. Prior roles include performance management expertise at Deutsche Telekom, where Marta designed a global performance management process, and extensive experience in talent management and HR development at T-Mobile Polska and Vattenfall Heat Poland. Marta's career also includes roles in training coordination and assistant management within the NGO sector, supported by a Master’s Degree in sociology from the University of Warsaw.
