Subrata Sen

Subrata Sen has over a decade of experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at VISION RX LAB since December 2011. Previous roles include Technical Support Engineer at the same company, Facilities Management Engineer at Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd from February 2010 to February 2011, and Customer Service Associate at Sparsh Bpo Services Limited from May 2008 to November 2009. Subrata Sen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Netaji Subhash Open University, Kolkata, completed in October 2022, and has a Higher Secondary degree in Commerce, as well as a Secondary degree in General Studies from West Bengal educational boards.
