Ruben Leon

Ruben Leon is a self-defense instructor at Safety Awareness Self-defense Training since January 2017, leading courses in London and Rome that focus on real street scenarios and preventive strategies for individuals of all ages and experience levels. Additionally, Ruben has extensive experience in security roles, including current positions at Mitie and VSG Vision Security Group, as well as previous stewardship at BBC Broadcasting House, where duties involved public interactions and crowd management. Prior to these roles, Ruben displayed versatility in the performing arts as an actor and lead facilitator, showcasing talent in various productions and events. Ruben holds a foundation degree in Performance Dance from Birkbeck, University of London, and specialized training in theatrical acting from a drama school in Rome.
