Ron Orr

Ron Orr is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at VSP Vision since February 2014, after holding various roles including Director and Manager in the same department. Orr's career includes significant experience at Dignity Health, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing and recruiting for ancillary and support positions, and notable service in the United States Air Force in multiple leadership roles, including Regional Recruitment Senior Director and Regional Recruiting Training Director, effectively managing and training large teams. Educational accomplishments include a B.S. in Technical Management from DeVry University and two A.S. degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Human Resources Management and Transportation.
