Allison Campitelli

Allison Campitelli joined Vision in 2022. As the Senior Vice President of Operations, Allison oversees the operational performance of Vision Technologies’ Audio Visual and Enterprise Network Infrastructure business practices. In her role, she also supports company-wide strategic initiatives focused on performance excellence and growth.

Prior to joining Vision, Allison has held various senior leadership roles overseeing global and national programs in the Federal and Commercial sectors driving growth and optimizing performance by leveraging her skills with strategy development, program execution, and structured process improvement initiatives. Beginning with her work at Lockheed Martin to her most recent role as Chief Operating Officer, National Security Space for Leidos, Allison uses her collaborative leadership style and business acumen to connect with both internal teams and clients to ensure successful results across the board.
