Neil Russell

Neil Russell has extensive experience in quality assurance and internal verification within the education and training sectors, currently serving as an IQA Manager at CSP C&G Assessments since November 2016. Additionally, Neil holds the role of Lead IQA at QTS Training and has been the Employer Engagement Lead at Vision West Nottinghamshire College since July 2014. With previous roles as Programme Quality Coordinator at both Vision Workforce Skills and Pearson in Practice, and as Internal Verifier Assessment Team Manager at Learning World Group, Neil has developed a strong background in managing teams of assessors, ensuring quality, and supporting both assessors and learners. Permanent engagement in internal verification spans over two decades, initially serving as Lead Internal Verifier at Assessment and Training Company. Neil’s educational background includes attendance at Ogmore Comprehensive and Ynysawdre Comprehensive.
