Tim Roberts

Director of Customer Success at Vision2Systems

Tim Roberts has held a variety of roles in the past 19 years. Tim began their career in 2002 as a Project Manager at Central Parking System. In 2005, they became the Director of Operations at Mio Frontiers, INC. From 2007 to 2009, they were an Operations Associate at Rapid Refill Ink (now Rapid Refill). From 2009 to 2012, they were a Manager Designate at Papa John's International. In 2012, they joined ACTIVE Network as an Associate Manager, and was later promoted to Manager Technical Support. In 2016, they moved to Fellowship One as the Director Customer Support, and was promoted to Manager Technical Support. In 2021, they became the Director of Customer Success at Vision2 Systems. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for hiring, training, and developing support teams, as well as creating quality improvement processes and liaising with Product, Development, Account Management, and Sales teams.

Tim Roberts attended Dallas Baptist University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General.
