Homer Carigma has extensive experience in IT support and technical assistance, currently serving as an IT Support Analyst at Vision33 since April 2019. Prior roles include Desktop Support at Arc'teryx Equipment from August 2012 to March 2019, where responsibilities encompassed providing first-line technical support, software installation, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing VOIP systems. Additionally, Homer held positions in warehouse support and inventory management at companies such as uniPHARM Wholesale Drugs Ltd. and Staples Business Depot. With an Associate's Degree in Network Administration and Design from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Homer possesses a balanced skill set in both technology and business.
