Sandra Giguère

Vice-President, Legal Services, and secretary of the board of Vision7 International, Sandra Giguère has a solid background in legal affairs, mainly in business and financial law, an area of expertise she acquired at the law firm, Joli-Cœur Lacasse, where she worked from 2001 to 2012. She joined the Vision7 International team in April 2012.

A seasoned lawyer, Mrs. Giguère has vast expertise in major transactions, as well as acquisitions and business transfers.

As a representative of a law firm member of Lawyers Associated Worldwide, a global group of law firms from all around the world, Mrs. Giguère has developed her experience in international business law and her business relationships with the legal community at the international level.

Mrs. Giguère also regularly speaks at conferences on business acquisitions and transfers as well as on financing start-up businesses and organizations.

Mrs. Giguère is involved in various professional associations. She is a member of the Association of Québec Women in Finance. She is also the former president of the Cercle d'affaires des Bleuets, a community of business people from the Saguenay—Lac-St-Jean region.

Mrs. Giguère graduated with a law degree from Université Laval in 1992 and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1993.
