Allison Flippence

Allison Flippence is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employee experience, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as the Director of Experience at Visionary Homes since March 2022, Allison previously held roles at iFIT from June 2016 to March 2022, including Director of Employee Experience & DEI and ICON Brand Manager. Prior to iFIT, Allison was the VP/Director of Marketing and Communications at Ireland Bank from 2007 to 2016. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Boise State University, earned between January 2004 and May 2007.
