Senthil Vel Murugan K has a strong background in human resources and has held various managerial positions in reputable companies. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Executive HR & Admin (Location Head) at Spice BPO, where they managed multiple locations and clients in the insurance and telecom sectors. Senthil then moved on to work as an HR Manager (Location Head HR) at diacriTech from 2009 to 2012, focusing on prepress services and e-commerce. Senthil then joined iSON BPO - a leading BPO service provider in Africa - as an HR Manager (Corporate), managing operations in multiple countries. In 2014, they joined Vindhya e-Infomedia Pvt.Ltd as a Manager – HR (Head - HR), where they recruited differently abled individuals for various IT-related operations. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Human Resources at Visionet Systems Pvt. Ltd, an employee-owned IT and BPO services company.

Senthil Vel Murugan K has a strong educational background in the field of human resources management and business administration. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from NMS SVN College of Education. In 2002, they went on to pursue a PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) from Pondicherry University. Later, from 2004 to 2007, Senthil completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Madras. In 2023, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for a specialized program in HR Analytics. Senthil also holds an additional certification as an ISO certified internal auditor from diacriTech.
