Sundareswaran Krishnamoorthy

Sundareswaran Krishnamoorthy has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Sundareswaran currently works as the Head of Operations and Business Excellence at Visionet Systems Inc. Since joining in August 2021, they have been responsible for overseeing operations and implementing strategies for business excellence. Prior to this role, from January 2020 to August 2021, they served as the Head of Operational Excellence at the same company.

Before joining Visionet Systems Inc., Sundareswaran worked at Accenture as the Vice President from June 2017 to January 2020. At Accenture, they held a senior leadership position and contributed to the company's success.

From July 2013 to May 2017, Sundareswaran worked at Deloitte India (Offices of the US) as the Sr. Manager - Operations Management Group. During their tenure, they played a key role in managing operations within the organization.

Sundareswaran also gained valuable experience at IBM. Sundareswaran held multiple roles at IBM, including Delivery Project Executive, Program Manager - Transformation, Sr. Manager, and Manager. During their time at IBM from 2006 to 2013, they excelled in client relationship management, employee management, and process management.

Before joining IBM, Sundareswaran worked at ECS Private Limited as a Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant from 2001 to 2006. Sundareswaran contributed their expertise and services to various projects during this time.

Sundareswaran's career started at Unilever in 1995, where they held different roles such as Development Manager, Asst. Manager, and Executive Trainee. Sundareswaran worked at Unilever until 1999.

Sundareswaran Krishnamoorthy completed a PGDBM in Operations and Manufacturing Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, from 1999 to 2001. Sundareswaran also holds a B.Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed Class XII ISCE from BHS, Allahabad, from 1983 to 1991, with a focus on Physics, English, Hind, Maths, and Chemistry. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from VarSigma in May 2017, and certifications in Big Data Foundations - Level 1 and Data Science Foundations - Level 1 from IBM. Sundareswaran has also completed courses on leadership philosophy and recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees from LinkedIn and the University of Minnesota respectively.
