Kim is a thirteen-year veteran that served in undergraduate admission in various capacities. As an Account Director, she will focus heavily on the student experience throughout the funnel and more importantly, on how to influence the student to move through the funnel. Her ability to make a connection between the institution’s identity and its strongest selling points proved to be a success as the team she led hit enrollment budgets throughout the pandemic. Kim focuses on market research, institutional data, and intuition to make decisions. Her experience in Admissions will undeniably transfer over to the “other side of the desk” because her organization, attention to detail, and response to urgency will build client trust and confidence.
Regardless of the task or challenge, you will get Kim’s drive and dedication to building success. Aside from that, she is a busy mom to three girls under six years old and finds that making lists is the only way she can stay sane. You’ll often find her with a cup of coffee and outside exploring with her girls.
