Becky Roche

Becky Roche is a seasoned talent acquisition executive and behavioral interviewing specialist with extensive experience across various consulting and recruitment roles. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Riderflex since November 2020, Becky provides critical insights during executive search interviews, ensuring candidate fit for client positions. As a Client Services Consultant for VisionSpark since August 2021, Becky supports project managers in identifying the most suitable candidates. In addition to independent consulting through Becky Roche Consulting, Becky has been an Associate at Bob Spence Consulting since February 2021, utilizing the Choosing Winners™ System to align talent with organizational needs. Previously, Becky co-owned and managed Stonehouse Signs, Inc., overseeing talent acquisition, HR, and other operational areas. Becky holds a BA in Kinesiology and Psychology from the University of Washington.
