Alila Hollander, MA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Director at VisionTek Products, LLC since June 2024, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership across various industries. Currently a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga since August 2012, Alila has also held significant HR roles, including Corporate Human Resources Director at ACTS-Aviation Security and HR Director at LineDrive, Montana Metal Products, and Stampede Meat, Inc. Alila's expertise includes HR strategy development, recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, policy compliance, and labor relations.
