Mary Beth Lemley

Mary Beth Lemley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at VSP Vision Care since March 2023, Mary Beth has also held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Visionworks of America since February 2017, along with a previous role as Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Mary Beth worked as a Human Resources Generalist at HVHC, focusing on recruiting, worker's compensation, employee relations, and benefits. Mary Beth began their career at HVHC Inc. as a Human Resources Intern from 2010 to 2012. Mary Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of the Incarnate Word.
