Rachel Ryan, PMP, CSM

Rachel Ryan, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Rachel is currently serving as the Head of Operations at VisionWrights, a data analytics consulting firm. In this role, Rachel leads operations and provides enterprise-grade data solutions for mid-market clients, as well as entrepreneurial speed and scrappiness for enterprise clients. Rachel also works on building and accelerating data products for partner companies. Rachel's expertise includes business intelligence, AI/ML for predictive and prescriptive analytics, data strategy, and the development of proprietary IP for scalable data products.

Prior to their current role, Rachel worked at ViZZ Technologies as a Product Manager and Manager. Rachel contributed to product management responsibilities for the company.

From 2015 to 2020, Rachel served as a Product Manager at North Point Ministries, Inc., where they were responsible for managing products within the organization.

Before that, Rachel worked at an Atlanta local nonprofit where they held various roles. Rachel served as a Communications Project Manager from 2009 to 2015, and prior to that, they were an Office Administrator from 2006 to 2009.

Rachel Ryan, PMP, CSM, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Liberty University between 2013 and 2017. Additionally, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2015, and their Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2016.
