Carolyn Martin, CMP, has over two decades of experience in the hospitality and event planning industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Destination Experience at Visit Orlando since February 2000, Carolyn focuses on promoting Orlando as a premier destination for meetings and assists clients in event planning, transportation, decor, and audiovisual needs. Prior positions include Sales Manager at Homewood Suites and Holiday Inn Main Gate East, where responsibilities encompassed sales of meeting space and accommodations, conducting site inspections, and participating in industry tradeshows. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Central Florida and an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Valencia College.
