Don Jeffries

Don Jeffries is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the travel and entertainment industries. Currently serving as President and CEO of Visit Rochester since 2013, Jeffries previously led the Rochester Broadway Theatre League from 2002 to 2012, navigating the organization through a financial crisis and implementing new operational strategies for fiscal recovery. As President and CEO of Dollinger Travel from 1982 to 2001, Jeffries transformed the company into a $50 million enterprise with 150 employees and 17 offices, securing significant accounts with major corporations such as Eastman Kodak and Xerox, while managing high-profile corporate events. Jeffries holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from St. John Fisher University.
